VahanFlow combines account controls, tenant separation, permissions, and audit-friendly records to protect business operations.
Account protection
Passwords are stored using secure hashing. Password-reset links are time-limited and should only be used by the intended account owner.
Role permissions
Sensitive actions such as approvals, reversals, invoice changes, and company identity updates are restricted by role.
Audit records
Important workflow changes retain status, payment, reversal, approval, and document history instead of silently deleting business evidence.
