Terms of Service
These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when a company uses VahanFlow.
Account and access
Company administrators are responsible for keeping user access accurate, protecting account credentials, and ensuring entered business records are authorised and correct.
Acceptable use
VahanFlow must be used for lawful transport-management activity. Users must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.
Business records
Customers remain responsible for reviewing trips, invoices, payments, tax information, and compliance records before relying on or sharing them.
Service changes
Features may be improved or updated as the platform develops. Material changes affecting active accounts should be communicated through the application or registered contact details.
